CREDENTIALS

This is the boring part, but it’s important you know that I am qualified to be your therapist. I received my Master of Clinical Counseling from the CACREP-accredited counseling program at Capella University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas supervised by Shelly Thompson, M.Ed, LPC-S.

My interests

Outside of my work as a therapist, I find balance and inspiration in nature and writing music. Hiking, fishing, and playing piano are some of my favorite ways to slow down, recharge, and stay grounded. I also deeply value time spent with the people I love, sharing meaningful conversations, laughter, and simple moments. These personal experiences continually remind me of the importance of connection, presence, and well-being. Principles that I carry into my work with clients.
