Healing from the Past
Many of us carry unresolved experiences from earlier in life—whether from childhood, past relationships, trauma, or other painful moments—that continue to impact how we think, feel, and relate to others today. These past issues may show up as anxiety, low self-worth, difficulty setting boundaries, or patterns that feel hard to break.
In therapy, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore these past experiences at your own pace. Together, we can work to understand how they’ve shaped you, release what no longer serves you, and begin to create new patterns that support the life and relationships you want now.
